Magnetic powder clutch tension is unstable or no tension: Mainly due to excessive consumption of magnetic powder, magnetic powder is a material that will be consumed. It is a necessary material for transmitting torque of magnetic powder clutch. With the accumulation of working time of magnetic powder clutch, the longer the magnetic powder is, the longer the magnetic powder is. The faster you consume. It is recommended to replace the new magnetic powder and continue to use it, or replace the magnetic powder clutch.

There are three other factors to consider:

(1) The copper winding of the magnetic powder clutch is short-circuited and burned out. The windings need to be re-wound and recorded, and the rescue is to replace the windings.

(2) The magnetic powder clutch input voltage is abnormal. Check the normal cause of the power supply unit and carefully check that the input voltage is normal.

(3) The magnetic solder clutch copper winding joint is soldered off and cannot form a closed loop with the circuit. Need to re-weld.
