When the magnetic powder tension controller coil is energized, the magnetic powder will attract the hardening phenomenon due to the action of the magnetic force, and the torque will be transmitted between successive slidings. When the magnetic coil is not conducting, the torque is not transmitted from the drive shaft to the driven shaft. What kind of working environment is the magnetic powder tension brake suitable for?
1.Humidity range: It can be used in a normal factory environment with a relative humidity of 30~90%. If the temperature exceeds this range, the temperature of magnetic powder tension controller can be higher than the ambient temperature by continuous electrification and other methods when the condensation is concerned.
2.Hot and humid areas: The magnetic powder tension controller itself does not require special treatment. But the moisture-proof measures must be done well.
3.Under vacuum: Slip heat cannot be dissipated into the atmosphere, thus causing extreme slip power to be allowed to drop and cannot be used.
The magnetic powder tension brake should be placed in a ventilated and dry environment.
