How to replace the magnetic powder of magnetic powder clutch?

1. Tools / Raw materials:

Wrench to loosen bolts;

Support for flat magnetic powder clutch;

Wipe, clean, dust-free and water-free cloth, used to clean the inner wall of magnetic powder clutch;

Magnetic powder, newly prepared magnetic powder;

2. Methods / Steps:

1) Place the magnetic powder clutch on a prepared rack (upside down), with the input shaft facing down and the output shaft facing up. Pay attention to the stable placement of the magnetic powder;

2) Use a wrench to loosen and remove the aluminum cover fixing bolt at the end of the bolt output shaft;

3) After removing the aluminum cover, loosen the stator bolts and take out the stator;

4) After removing the stator, clean up the magnetic particles left inside, and clean the inner wall with a clean rag;

5) After cleaning, please enclose the prepared magnetic powder in accordance with the specifications (number in g);

6) After adding the magnetic powder, please fix the stator, stator bolts, aluminum cover, aluminum cover bolts, etc. in their original positions. This step is very important, if it is careless, it will cause leakage of magnetic powder;

7) After the magnetic powder is sealed and fastened, please run the magnetic powder clutch for trial operation, and then put it into use without any abnormality;

3. Matters needing attention:

(1) Magnetic powder must have sufficient mesh (strictly according to the rated catalog);

(2) The bolts (fasteners) of each component must be tightened.
