Tianji Transmission (TJ-POC-C) micro magnetic clutch of the exciting current is small, but it can output a large torque, which can easily form an automatic control system. In addition, when the exciting current changes, the corresponding magnetic field strength also will be synchronized response, and therefore have an excellent response speed.
When the magnetizing current is kept constant, the torque output of the unaffected differential (slip speed) between the drive member and the driven member, namely static torque and dynamic torque undifferentiated. So TJ-POC-C Micro Magnetic clutch can be very stable output constant torque. This feature, if applied tension control, then only adjust the size of the excitation currents, can be simple, efficient and accurate to control the reel tension purposes.
